Overview:
The aim of this project was to rebrand for the Bouldering Project and develop a comprehensive guidebook to accompany the rebrand. It's crucial for companies to undergo periodic refreshes to stay aligned with their evolving target audiences.
Problem:
Target audiences demographics and preferences can shift over time and could prompt a need to rebrand to better resonate with current and future customers. Additionally, changes in the competitive landscape or emerging trends may necessitate updating Bouldering Projects branding to maintain a competitive edge. Strategic repositioning efforts to target new customer segments or emphasize different aspects of their offerings could also drive the need for a rebrand. Overall, a rebrand can help Seattle Bouldering Project stay relevant, competitive, and aligned with the evolving needs of its audience.
Solution:
As I researched I realized that they supported a lot of family and youth activities and they provide a wide variety of fitness options for all people so creating an inviting design with softer colors and roundness felt more inclusive.

Through research, I've determined that the demographic consists of predominantly attracting a millennial demographic. Bouldering Project proactively engages with students and younger generations including families and by and a variety of climbing level Bouldering Project accommodates both beginners and advanced participants with tailored offerings across its walls.
