Overview:
Éducation Française Greater Seattle (EFGS) is a community-focused organization offering educational resources and programs for French-speaking families. Their existing website and social media presence needed a refresh to improve usability, align with updated branding, and better engage current and prospective families.
Problem:
The original website was difficult for families to navigate, with outdated branding and a structure that made accessing information challenging. Additionally, the organization lacked cohesive social media templates, limiting their ability to maintain consistent branding across platforms.
Solution:
A comprehensive redesign of the WordPress website was implemented to create a user-friendly, visually engaging, and responsive platform tailored to the needs of French-speaking families. To support outreach efforts, a set of Canva social media templates was developed, ensuring consistent branding and flexibility for future edits.
Demographic
Individuals aged 25-35, with middle-class incomes and busy urban lifestyles, exhibit specific cleaning habits and preferences. During COVID, time spent on housecleaning increased significantly for this age group, including families, couples, and singles. They purchase their own cleaning products and share chores more equally than older generations. Eco-friendly options are crucial in their decision-making but must also be effective cleaners. They enjoy cleaning and find it more satisfying than other generations, yet they seek time-saving measures to extend intervals between cleaning sessions. This demographic experiences higher stress levels and pursues a cleaner lifestyle, encompassing clean eating, streamlined habits, and tidy living spaces. They are concerned about preserving "good" bacteria and desire a variety of options, such as different scents, in their cleaning products.
